The Crespenou is a nice little river wich flows down the Garrigue between Durfort and Sauve.
The way down is nice and wild, between rock faces surrounded by green oaks, pistachios and fig trees.
Many slides and jumps are possible in the limestone pools sculpted by time and water.
During hot summers water is running out here, therefore the best time to do it is spring or automn after the first heavy rains.
